Went to my daughters ROTC annual awards ceremony, my daughters got awards for being on the Armed Drill Team, for helping at the cemetery planting flags on Memorial Day, and Tiffany got a very prestigious award from the American Legion, for her commitment, leadership, motivation and just being an exemplary cadet. I took a picture of her and a Rear Admiral who is 86 years old, and he is still energetic and full of sea stories from about 1940 on, I love hearing about history from people who were actually there, it was an exciting ceremony.
I still haven't recovered my tulip photos that got lost in the transition, I am gonna run the recovery photo software I have sometime this weekend.
Trying to get what I need so I can relocate as soon as possible, I have a very short time frame in which I can do it this summer. So I am trying to work as hard and as much as I can just to get to my goal. I just need a change of it all, there are so many bad memories up here I need to get away from. But before I leave I want to get as many pictures of my beautiful state as I can, and since I probably will be driving when I do relocate, I will take photos of the West Coast on the way down

You may notice I have hidden my comments in my journal and main page, I have read all of them before I hide them so don't worry

, I am just trying to clean up the look of my gallery, I am still unsure if I am going to hide the features now that they are in the subcategorized folders. Are there any of you that hide your features?
Also thank all of you for your 14,000+ visits to my gallery, it is nice to be able to share my world with you and also visit your galleries too. Seeing some of the galleries, it is like I am actually on a vacation trip to other countries and see sights that are new to me. It is quite exciting

Hugs to All - Love - Michelle

I do thank you so much for being one of my watchers! Small world that we both live on the west side of the United States! I had been to Washington once and enjoyed my brief stay there. I know it is not as hot out there as it is out here, especially during this time of the year! Keep up with the great work you've been doing!

Regardless of the camera (single-use or digital) you happen to have in your hand, what matters is that you are able to capture the moment! Otherwise, you'd miss out on this very experience that can serve as a great photo 'reinforcement' to your memories!
